Counselling Services offers individual counselling sessions to help support students through personal challenges.

2:00pm to 3:30pm (Summer)

Health Services is our on-campus clinic, containing a dispensary (birth control pills), physicians and nursing services.

Hours of Operation:
Please call 519-824-4120 x52131 to book an appointment or visit the Health Services website for information on our walk-in service.

HPC provides various athletic/physical-related services.

Hours of Operation:
Monday to Thursday 7:40am to 8:00pm (year-round)
Friday 7:40am to 6:00pm (September to June)
Friday 7:40am to 3:00pm (July and August)

The Wellness Education & Promotion Centre offers health and wellbeing programming, resources, and student peer-to-peer support.

Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (year-round)

The Student Support Network is a drop-in peer support group consisting of extensively-trained student volunteers who provide confidential, non-judgemental listening and support to other students.

This office provides leadership in prevention and intervention programs to support survivors of sexual violence, and to enhance the conditions and likelihood of personal and academic success.

A licensed physician, nurse, psychologist, social worker or psychotherapist can refer a patient/client to Student Wellness Services. The "Student Wellness Services External Referral Form" must be completed. Referral forms from any other sources will not be accepted at this time.

  • Please fax completed forms and relevant documentation to 519-821-2308.
  • If you are referring to the Health and Performance Centre (HPC), the external referral form is not required. Referral documentation should be sent directly to the HPC at 519-821-4007.

These units include Accessibility Services, Counselling Services, Health Services, Health & Performance Centre, Sexual Violence Education & Support, and Wellness Education & Promotion. The department itself is part of the Division of Student Affairs.
