Wellness Education & Promotion offers workshops on a variety of wellness topics. Workshops are available to be requested for your organization, class, floor/community, or team.

Education & Support Programs:

Peer support can look like individualized wellness coaching or specific group environments dedicated to one area of wellness or another. The Wellness Education & Promotion Centre offers many programs including the Student Recovery Community, USHINE Peer Mentorship Program, Graduate Student Support Circles, and more.

Mental Health Training Programs:

Mental Health Literacy and Suicide Prevention/Intervention Trainings are available to University of Guelph students, staff, and faculty. We also occasionally offer open training programs for individuals. Students can see currently available training opportunities on GryphLife, and Faculty and Staff should check the Learning & Development event calendar. Email mentalhealth.training@uoguelph.ca to book training or discuss which option is suitable for your group.
