Counselling Services: Individual counselling and group therapy

Health Services: Acts as your family doctor for medical care, prescriptions, nutrition support, immunizations and sexual health

Health & Performance Centre (HPC): Paramedical and injury clinic for chiropractic, massage therapy, physiotherapy, dietitian, orthotics, osteopathy, naturopath, concussion treatment and sports medicine

Mental Health Trainings: Learn to identify, support and intervene during mental health situations

USHINE: Peer program for your wellness goals, including sleep, nutrition and substance use

Gryphons Empowered by Movement (GEM): Peer program that supports mental health through physical activity

Wellness & Dragons: Peer program to develop skills & confidence as well as improving mental well-being through playing Dungeons & Dragons

Student Recovery Community: Peer support group for drug and alcohol use and addictions

Therapy Groups: For many experiences, including grief, eating disorders, varsity-related stress and building confidence

Nutrition Workshops: Learn to meal plan, eat a plant-rich diet, and manage cravings, low appetite and PCOS

STI Testing: Book an appointment or attend the STI Testing Drop-in Clinics

Immunizations: Are your immunizations up to date? See our list of recommended vaccines

  • Meningitis B: You may not be protected! Postsecondary students are at a higher risk of contracting this potentially life-threatening disease, and we encourage all students to check whether they have the vaccine, as it is not included in the publicly-funded vaccines
  • Human Papillomavirus (HPV): HPV is the most common sexually transmitted infection in the world today and can cause a number of cancers. There are often no signs or symptoms of HPV. Getting immunized for HPV is the best way to prevent it, even if you are already sexually active.
