How Physiotherapy Can Help Improve Your Back Pain and Mobility

Do you suffer from back pain? You're not alone! Back pain is a very common complaint from adults and can be extremely uncomfortable and debilitating, causing absence from work and the elimination of many things we enjoy in life.

HPC Clients Can Access Free Parking:

The Health and Performance Centre has eight parking spaces dedicated to the patients that are attending appointments each day. These parking spots can be found in the NorthEast section of Parking lot P12. See the picture below.

Health and Performance Centre fees for various services are detailed below. Please note that as of May 1, 2025, we will no longer be accepting cash. All HPC clients are asked to pre-pay using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or VISA Debit upon arrival at the clinic.
