Access confidential one-to-one support to talk through academic pressure, personal challenges, stress or feeling overwhelmed. Counselling Services offers a professional counsellor who works specifically with graduate students.

Participate in therapeutic groups facilitated by Counselling Services, to develop skills in coping, communication and emotional regulation. Undergraduate and graduate students can participate in Counselling Groups.
Access academic accommodations and supports available for students with permanent and temporary disabilities or chronic conditions that create barriers to academics.
Students have access to physicians, nurses, dieticians and other health care providers for their primary health care needs.
