Student Wellness Holiday Hours 2025-26

Student Wellness Services (CounsellingHealth ServicesAccessibility Services (SAS) Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Support & EducationThe Health & Performance Centre (HPC) (see HPC hours below), Student Support Network (SSN), and the Wellness Education & Promotion Centre) are closed during the University of Guelph Winter Break, beginning Wednesday, December 24, 2025. All of our services will reopen for regular hours on Friday, January 2, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. Below is a list of resources available to students while we are closed.

Accessing Medical Care

All Student Health Services are closed during this break. If you are in need of medical care, please direct yourself to Guelph Drop-In Clinics.

Health Services Holiday Hours: 

  • CLOSED: December 24, 2025 – January 1, 2026
  • Reopening on January 2, 2026 at 8:30am

 

Accessing Mental Health Support

The winter break can be difficult for many reasons. If you find your mental health is being negatively affected during the break or are in crisis, please consider reaching out to these 24 hour resources:

Health & Performance Centre (HPC)

The Health & Performance Centre (HPC) will be open during some of the campus closure. Here is a list of the clinic's Holiday Hours: 

  • December 24: 8:00am – 2:00pm
  • December 25 & 26: CLOSED
  • December 29: 8:00am – 2:00pm
  • December 30: CLOSED
  • December 31: 8:00am – 2:00pm
  • January 1: CLOSED
  • Regular hours resume January 2, 2025: 8:00am – 4:00pm
