Student Wellness has moved!
In May, 2019, the newly renovated J.T. Powell Building became home to all Student Wellness units and most services.
While Health Services and the Health and Performance Centre (HPC) operated from this building throughout the extensive renovation project, we are excited to welcome back the Wellness Education and Promotion Centre to this space, as well as both Counselling Services and Student Accessibility Services, which have operated out of the University Centre until now. The Student Support Network (SSN) also vacated their space in Raithby House and moved into their new space in J.T. Powell, while still maintaining space in room 111 of the McLaughlin Library.
The purpose of integrating services and moving all units of Students Wellness to one location was to provide students a holistic "one-stop opportunity" to access programs and services that promote their health and well-being in a timely and effective way.
