Contact Information

Student Accessibility Services Main Office

SAS staff primarily work in a hybrid capacity, and are available for appointments with students in-person, via Microsoft Teams, or over the phone. Our front desk continues to be available by phone and email for general inquiries and to book appointments. Faxes are checked daily.

If there is something we can do to make our communication with you more accessible, please let us know. With some notice, we can make arrangements for sign language interpreting and a variety of print formats.

We welcome feedback as this helps us to improve.

Contact information for each member of our team can be found in the staff directory.

Booking an Appointment

Please call or stop by to book an appointment.  The dynamic nature of our schedules makes it difficult to book appointments by email.

Accessible Routes & Washrooms

Information about accessible entrances, elevators and washrooms can be found on the main university map.  Click on any building to see a brief description, then click on "building information webpage" to review more specific details.

Library Resources

Private study rooms for the use of students with disabilities are available on the sixth floor of the Library.  Please see your Advisor for details.  In addition, Library Accessibility Services are our partners and can be found on the first floor of the Library.
