SAS staff primarily work in a hybrid capacity, and are available for appointments with students in-person, via Microsoft Teams, or over the phone. Our front desk continues to be available by phone and email for general inquiries and to book appointments, Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30pm. Faxes are checked daily.

If there is something we can do to make our communication with you more accessible, please let us know. With some notice, we can make arrangements for sign language interpreting and a variety of print formats.

Booking an Appointment

Book an appointment with your SAS Advisor using the SAS Student Portal (see step-by-step guide for booking an appointment) or contact us. You will be offered the first available appointment. Some restrictions on accommodations may apply depending on academic deadlines throughout each semester.

Need help today? Our Daily Drop-in resource has been created to provide you with timely, same-day assistance from SAS staff members about SAS processes, procedures, or general questions related to your academic accommodations. We can also help connect you with your Advisor to follow up on specific concerns if needed.

If you are having difficulty reaching your Advisor, contact the Student Wellness Front Desk at 519-824-4120 ext. 56208 or sas@uoguelph.ca.

Library Accessibility Services

SAS registered students can book one of the four study rooms on the 6th floor of the library for quiet study. The rooms are intended for individual study; however, a second person is allowed if the student needs an attendant or tutor.
