Making an Exam Booking When an Alternative Testing Agreement Has Been Submitted

Length: 5 min | Power Point

Key Messages:

  • SAS will gather the date, time, and format of exams from instructors through the "alternative testing agreement".
  • Choose the course, then click "schedule exam".
  • Read the information provided by your instructor.
  • The Exam Centre closes at 9 PM. If you need extra time for an evening exam, you might need to choose an earlier start time.
  • Except when starting earlier in order to finish by 9 PM, you must write at the same time as the class. Otherwise, you need to send an email to sas.exams@uoguelph.ca with authorization from the instructor for the alternate time.
  • The "requested technology" box option only applies if the whole class is writing in person and the instructor has said everyone can use their own laptops.
