January 21 update - Deferred exams: if you have a deferred exam that will be written on-campus and you have approved accommodations, you will need to make a booking to use the SAS Exam Centre. You will receive an email from the Registrar with the date and time. Please immediately forward it to sasexams@uoguelph.ca [1].
Previous Updates
We are still accepting New Student Intake Forms [2] for those with a disability who require academic accommodation and have not registered with us previously.
Existing SAS students can make a semester request via Accessibility Online [3] to renew their accommodations beginning on Friday, January 7.
Appointments with SAS Advisors are currently being offered via MS Teams [4]. If this does not meet your needs, please let us know. To book an appointment, please call 519-824-4120 ext. 56208.
The SAS Exam Centre is currently closed for in-person exams. We expect to re-open when on-campus classes resume. You can make a booking [5] for in-person exams that are scheduled later in the semester starting on January 10. We have also posted information about online quizzes, tests and exams [6].
The Note Taking Portal [7] will be setup for students with approved W22 accommodations starting on Monday, January 10.
Additional Resources
Book an appointment for a vaccine [9] from Public Health. Note that a vaccination clinic is being setup in the Athletics Centre on campus.
Proof of vaccination or exemption [10] is required for courses with a mandatory on-campus component. SAS cannot support accommodations for on-campus learning unless students are either vaccinated or have an exemption.
