Posted on Tuesday, January 4th, 2022

January 21 update - Deferred exams: if you have a deferred exam that will be written on-campus and you have approved accommodations, you will need to make a booking to use the SAS Exam Centre. You will receive an email from the Registrar with the date and time. Please immediately forward it to sasexams@uoguelph.ca

Previous Updates

We are still accepting New Student Intake Forms for those with a disability who require academic accommodation and have not registered with us previously.

Existing SAS students can make a semester request via Accessibility Online to renew their accommodations beginning on Friday, January 7.

Appointments with SAS Advisors are currently being offered via MS Teams. If this does not meet your needs, please let us know. To book an appointment, please call 519-824-4120 ext. 56208.

The SAS Exam Centre is currently closed for in-person exams. We expect to re-open when on-campus classes resume. You can make a booking for in-person exams that are scheduled later in the semester starting on January 10. We have also posted information about online quizzes, tests and exams.

The Note Taking Portal will be setup for students with approved W22 accommodations starting on Monday, January 10.

Book an appointment for a vaccine from Public Health. Note that a vaccination clinic is being setup in the Athletics Centre on campus.

Proof of vaccination or exemption is required for courses with a mandatory on-campus component. SAS cannot support accommodations for on-campus learning unless students are either vaccinated or have an exemption.
