In the event that you are looking for assistance outside of our business hours, you may wish to consult our list of resources for students who are experiencing distress.  In an emergency, please call 519-824-4120 x2000 (on-campus) or 911 (off campus).

Student Support Network is open until 10pm on Mondays through Fridays during the fall and winter semesters. They offer a peer-based drop-in service for students who want to talk.

Good2Talk is a free, confidential and anonymous helpline providing professional counselling and information and referrals for mental health, addictions and well-being to post-secondary students in Ontario. 24 hours/day, every day of the year:1-866-925-5454

Important: Tests & Exams

If you use the SAS Exam Centre, please remember that all test and exam bookings must be submitted at least 10 BUSINESS DAYS ahead of when you intend to write.

In addition, the last day any bookings can be received is the first business day in November, March or July as appropriate for the semester.
