Information Kits

Information Kits (InfoKits) are comprehensive information about a variety of health and wellness-related topics that students face during their university careers prepared by the Wellness Education and Promotion Centre. These information kits are an excellent resource for individuals seeking a more thorough array of resources that can be read at their own leisure and in private. Each information kit contains pamphlets from accredited organizations, fact sheets created by The Wellness Education and Promotion Centre, and carefully-researched information from a variety of other sources. This webinar series builds respect for sexual diversity, conveys the importance of sexual communication in a relationship, and enhances students' appreciation of different sex toys. It includes myth-busting, tips to reduce risk when using sex toys, discussions about the different categories of sex toys, and how to use them.
