Question about Tests and exams
If your class is writing a test or exam on campus and you will need approved accommodations, you must make a booking [1] to use the SAS Exam Centre, and you must do so at least 14 days in advance and no later than March 1 (winter), July 1 (summer) or November 1 (fall).
You will automatically get an email receipt when you make an exam booking in our system. Doublecheck your exam bookings by clicking on the “exam centre” tab when you login to AO [2]. What if you missed the booking deadline [3]?

Reviewing Your Approved Accommodations
Do you have a question or problem with your approved accommodations? Have you done your Semester Request? Do you need to meet with your advisor to activate your accommodations? Be sure to read your Agreement for Services. Login to AO [2] and click on "full agreement" for details about your accommodations.
Reaching Your Advisor
Emailing your advisor is one of the best ways to reach your advisor. Please watch for an auto-reply in case they are out of the office or unavailable. Otherwise, responses should be within 1 to 2 business days. If your advisor is not available and your issue is of a time sensitive nature, reach out to sas@uoguelph.ca [7] to be directed appropriately
