Academic Misconduct

Body: 

In the event that a student is found to have breached exam protocols, an incident report is completed by the Exam Centre staff.  Details about the incident are forwarded to the course instructor, who can evaluate the information and determine whether additional follow-up is required under the University’s academic misconduct policy.
