SAS Peer Helper Program

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on September 2nd, 2026 2:24 PM

The SAS Peer Helper Program offers personalized support and mentorship to SAS students. Through the program, students can connect with trained Peer Helpers who provide one-to-one guidance. Peer Helpers can assist with study skills and strategies, navigating campus resources, adjusting to university life, and more, helping you succeed both academically and personally. All Peer Helpers receive training from SAS and the Peer Helper Office to ensure they are prepared to support their peers effectively.

Our Peer Helper team can support you in learning how to:

  • Organize course due dates and deadlines
  • Break down assignments and large tasks into manageable steps
  • Create a personalized study schedule that works for you
  • Explore study strategies and find methods that fit your learning style
  • Develop effective note-taking strategies
  • Navigate CourseLink
  • Understand university expectations
  • Connect with student resources and supports… and much more!

Note: These services are available only to students registered with SAS.
