The Health and Performance Centre is proud to congratulate the Guelph Gryphons Men's and Women's Track and Field teams on their incredible success at the U SPORTS Track & Field Championships [1] last weekend. As a centre dedicated to supporting elite athletes in injury prevention and recovery, we are thrilled to have played a part in helping these talented athletes achieve their goals.

For a fifth consecutive season, the Gryphons have dominated the competition, taking home both the men's and women's team titles. The three-day event, held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, was a showcase of the Gryphons' incredible talent and determination. On both the men's and women's sides, the Gryphons put on dominating performances, finishing well ahead of their closest competitors.

Throughout the weekend, the Gryphons earned an impressive 28 medals in total, including 14 gold, 8 silver, and 6 bronze. These outstanding results are a testament to the hard work and dedication of the athletes, coaches, and support staff who have worked tirelessly to make this success possible. At the Health and Performance Centre, we are proud to have played a role in supporting the Gryphons on their journey to success. Our team of chiropractors, Dr. Kate Henderson and Dr. Robert Winslow, and our physiotherapist, Jessica Manuel, worked closely with the athletes to help them stay healthy and injury-free throughout the season.

At the Health and Performance Centre, we believe elite athletes deserve the best possible support, both on and off the field of play. We are committed to providing the highest quality care to help athletes like the Gryphons achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Once again, congratulations to the Guelph Gryphons Men's and Women's Track and Field teams on their outstanding success at the U SPORTS Track & Field Championships. We are proud to have been a part of your journey and look forward to supporting you in the future.
