Under normal circumstances, students write their exams at the same time as the class. If a student needs to write at an alternative time (such as starting earlier or later), we first seek consent from the instructor. This may be done by email or with an Exam Change Form [1].

In order to make necessary arrangements, the Exam Centre needs information about the alternative timing of a test or exam at least 7 days in advance, or by the 40th Class Day, whichever comes first.

A note about Exam Centre hours: The Exam Centre closes at 9:00pm. Therefore, when extra time is required for an evening exam, the student will need to start early in order to finish by 9:00pm.
