Health Services is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Students can book an appointment with a doctor, nurse, dietician or other healthcare provider.

Same Day Appointments
Same day appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call at 8:30am to enquire about availability. Please note that our Cancellation Policy [1] also applies to same day appointments.

Cancellation Policy & Missed Appointment Fees
Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy to your U of G email account at the time of booking. It remains your responsibility to ensure you attend the appointment as scheduled (please arrive 10 minutes early) or cancel it with appropriate notice. Appointments must be cancelled no later than 24 business hours prior to their start times. Missed appointments or those cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be subject to a fee.
