Supported Learning Groups (SLGs)
Join anytime! Supported Learning Groups (SLGs) are free online peer-led study groups held on a weekly basis to help students taking historically challenging courses. The sessions give students the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of course content, meet students in a small online group format, test their knowledge, and leave with materials to review later. Visit Supported Learning Groups [12] for more information. Questions? Email slg@uoguelph.ca [13].
Appointments
Students can book an appointment with a Learning Specialist or Learning Peer Helper [14] to create a study schedule, identify strategies for managing time or reducing procrastination, and/or adjust their study strategies to online learning.
