Drop-in virtual program focused on introducing strategies to decrease stress and anxiety. Each session starts by asking those present if they have any specific stress/anxiety/management goal/question. From this list the facilitator will choose to do one brief and one long strategy that does not overlap with strategies done on previous nights. Techniques may include relaxing muscles, focus training, lifestyle tips, constructive self-talk, strategies to curb worry, calming anxious thoughts, settling a busy brain in bed, better sleep tips, decreasing test anxiety, lifestyle changes that decrease anxiety, etc.
