A strategic focus for TorchLight is to conscientiously grow our volunteer population and heighten awareness of the scope of our services through all sectors of the communities in which we serve. Our unique 24/7 delivery of service is driven by highly trained, skilled volunteers from all walks of life, ranging in age from 18 to 70+ years.

Our main office is located in Guelph, Ontario, Canada although our office location is confidential to protect the safety and confidentiality of our callers, volunteers and staff members. Our TeleCheck ~ Dufferin service has been located in Orangeville, Ontario since 2005.
