The following workshops and programs are being provided by Kathy Somers throughout this semester.

Dial Down Stress & Anxiety

What: 1-hour Workshop
When: Tuesday, January 17 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Where: UC Room 335
Cost: FREE

Relaxation & Stress Management Skills Training

What: 12-session program
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays starting January 24. Offered at 12:00-1:00pm and 5:30-6:30pm for your convenience
Where: UC 335 for the Noon group and OVC 1708 for the evening group
Cost: $40 for University of Guelph students (subsidized by Student Wellness)

Better Sleep Program

What: 5-session program
When: Fridays from 12:30-1:30pm starting January 20
Where: UC 429 OR take the Better Sleep Program online
Cost: $20 for University of Guelph students (subsidized by Student Wellness)
