Being body aware will help your physiotherapist properly diagnose and treat your injury. Your physiotherapist will ask you many questions at your assessment. Thinking about what factors aggravate and alleviate your symptoms before your assessment will be a big help.

Aly is proficient in athletic taping and therapeutic taping. Her areas of interest include the knee, ankle and neck as well as any sporting injuries including Cycling, overuse and concussions.

Aly is also the consulting physiotherapist for the University of Guelph Gryphons Women's Soccer team and physiotherapist with Cycling Canada's road and track athletes!
