Welcome Kristina Brooks, our new HPC Naturopathic Doctor!

My name is Kristina Brooks, and I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor. I am thrilled to be joining the team at the HPC. I have worked in an integrative setting with an emphasis on chronic pain and injury over the past 10 years. With an evidence informed approach, I use tools including functional foods, botanical medicine, acupuncture, and general lifestyle (sleep, digestion, stress management) to support your objectives and well being.

As of Monday, October 1, 2018, the HPC is now located in its new, permanent space in the J.T. Powell Building. Patients can access the new clinic location one of two ways:

  • New double doors at the east end of the building, along East Ring Road (please note that there are steps here, so it is not an accessible entance)

Our Health and Performance Centre and Eramosa Physiotherapy team collaboratively work using an evidence-based model to promote health, implement strategies of prevention and assist in the achievement of personal performance in both athletes and active individuals in the community of Guelph. The Sport Physiotherapy Fellowship provided in collaboration with Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates will offer a comprehensive learning experience and advance the practical skills of the participants to develop leaders in both sport and orthopaedic physiotherapy.
