Lovingly nicknamed “info kits”, The Wellness Education Centre's info kits offer a comprehensive look at a variety of topics and subjects that interest and affect students during their years at university. Seen as an “A to Z” primer, these information kits are an excellent resource for individuals seeking a more thorough array of resources that can be read at their own leisure and in private.
Each information kit contains pamphlets from accredited organizations, fact sheets created by The Wellness Education Centre, as well as carefully-researched information from a variety of other sources. Info kits are housed in discrete brown envelopes with a symbol system to ensure the privacy and confidentiality.
Many of our info kits are now available online!
You can access them via the File Attachments on this page. Please be aware that many of our info kits contain pamphlets which are not available in an online format. To obtain a complete copy of the info kit with all relevant pamphlets, please drop by The Wellness Education Centre on the second floor of the J.T. Powell building (we’re really nice, we promise!).
Some info kits are only available in a hard copy. Please visit The Wellness Education Centre to pick up an info kit on any of the following topics:
- Being Single
